"Module Assignment" issue

Steps to reproduce the issue

Go over head to "Menus > All Menu Items". Select a menu item and edit it. Select "Module Assignment" tab. Click on one of module titles at "Module" colunm

Expected result

Should open "Edit module settings" modal

Actual result

Nothing occurs
