Wildcard service names

A question/feature request: is it possible to specify a "*" as a service name to get notifications in case any service fails?

Would love to now the status on this? I currently have this setup in a chef cookbook and would like to monitor all processes on our instance.

Same thing here.
Monitoring all processes on a live server makes more sense.
