Add distributed execution support #2
Description
AgentFlow should support distributed task execution across multiple workers or machines.
Goals:
- introduce a queue-backed scheduler
- support worker heartbeats
- track task leasing and reassignment
Success criteria:
Tasks can be assigned beyond a single-process local runtime.
