Almost no english chapters are loaded

Like it says in the title, I have found a lot of mangas having almost no english chapters, but they do have other language chapters. I have searched in mangadex and found out that they do have english chapters, but they do not come up. Happens with a lot of mangas. Here's a video:

Kaiju #8 has every chapter in english on mangadex, but only 3 of them come up

Hi this has been brought up before in this issue #59 basically those missing chapters aren´t hosted on mangadex's servers, they link to external websites, in order to get the pages of those chapters it would require to scrape that website in question, so its better to integrate other manga providers other than mangadex by scraping, like manga4life

Manganato has been added in #114 , the mangas they provider are in english and it includes all the available chapters of Kaiju 8 for example, to use manganato run:

manga-tui -p manganato
