Looking for first external trial feedback on POP Team Demo

I’m looking for first external trial feedback on a small POP prototype.

POP treats persona as a portable object layer rather than scattered prompt/config fragments.

Current first-trial entry:

• TRY_POP.md
• CrewAI-style dry-run team demo
• 3 persona refs -> 3 runtime roles -> 1 shared task brief

Quick path:

Small update: the POP team demo now includes an optional live CrewAI run.

Default path:

• dry-run (no model required)

Optional:

• live run with CrewAI

Note: the README now explicitly defines POP as a portable persona object layer. Runtime configs are treated as projections rather than the protocol core.

Added a small diagram in the README showing the persona layer -> runtime projection model.

This helps clarify that POP defines persona objects, while framework configs are derived projections.

Added static SVG and PNG versions of the persona layer diagram for easier sharing outside the repo.
