Thumbnail gallery

Great work so far, really appreciate the simplicity.

However, a prudent feature I think is to offer a thumbnail view.

Hi, that's definitely a useful feature. I'll have to think about how to approach implementing the feature without complicating the app too much.

The thumbnails would need to be generated when generating the gallery. The PHP version would have to generate the thumbnails on the fly.

For smaller galleries, or for people who don't care about load times, it may be just as fine to use the original images as thumbnails (and not generate separate images). So a first iteration of this feature could simply be a flag that will do just that; ie

kuvia -o gallery.html -d myimages --thumbs
