problem on mobile

hi,
your plugin works fine on desktop but on mobile , fixed column and header do shiver when you scroll table.
(tested on chrome inspect)

It quite good on android, but fixed column and header do shiver still, especially on Safari.

Unless you need to support ie11, it sounds like this method of making things sticky is kinda deprecated in favor of using position: sticky css.

But, I agree the shiver could probably be smoothed out a bit more.
