Is there any possibility in the future to load fx by (slot, rack or channelstrip), to save chain presets in a single instance?..thanks in advance..

No, the system is kept simple on purpose; this would add a very significant layer of complexity.
However, someone who is motivated can make a plugin out of libysfx which is based on this approach.
