Known Issues & Notes
OpenGL: Entire screen turns white, flashes, flickers, etc. See video.
Vulkan: Corrupted Textured.
Performance: Adding "*2" after EE_CLOCK_FREQ as seen in this post here allows you to run the game at full speed at 30 FPS.
