Describe the Bug

My sleep screen images are much darker and less detailed than they are on the main crosspoint firmware.

Steps to Reproduce

Flash original crosspoint and take a picture of a sleep screen image
Flash this firmware and do the same
Compare

Expected Behavior

Expected to look similar, since this is a fork of crosspoint

Then I do need your exact bmp you are having on the device, the cat picture you attached is the png with a much higher resolution.

Looking at the bmp I think it's because it's color, but it's attached.

I'm noticing the same issue, but it's also this way on my X3 running the v1.2.0 from the X3 flashing tool site.

The shadows are totally crushed if I use the contrast filter, but image is washed out without it. And the images are not color:

Same issue here. To the left CR++ 1.33, to the right "regular" CR 1.2.0, in the background the original BMP (attached here.)

Ya im having the same issue on latest release. Doesn't seem to always happen.

Not all images are affected but it seems to only be an issue when Sleep Screen Cover Filter is set to contrast, some images bug out and it allows the device to be started with a short press to the power button.

Ok it seems its not the cover mode. I linked the photo i have the issues with rendering as a sleep screen.
As for the short press power button, this seems to have stopped after I disabled the clock.
