Dialog Disappears on Device Rotation 2

When I perform this sequence of events, right after installing the app:

1.    Click on New Game
   

2.    Click on an item on the list
   

3.    Press on MENU Button of the device
   

4.    Click on Card Info
   

5.    Click on Card Item
   

6.    Orientation Change
   

The dialog on screen disappears.
