Hi,
I quickly racked up several million funds while using Strategia and Kerbalism on my modded save after I enabled "To Boldly go". I think the problem might be here:
The code assumes that your first transmission will give you an amount of science higher than 0.01
Kerbalism make it so some experiments take a really long time (and data). One of those examples is the Magnetometer from DMagic Orbital Science, as it takes several hours running just to get a few points. For those experiments, there will be a lot of transmissions before we even get 0.01 total science (specially on Kerbin), each of those transmissions generating a reward from "To Boldly Go". I think adding a check to ensure that totalScience > 0.01 will fix the problem.
