When both Private Industry and Media Coverage 3 are active, you get money for doing launches.
Expected
A massively decreased launch cost.
Why?
Both strategies decrease launch costs by a percentage. One has -75%, the other -30%. These percentages are then added into a single percentage (-105%), then applied to the rocket price. This leads to gaining 5% of the rocket's prices and whatever you recover after launching.
