Getting Error when installed with Pip

Hii I tried to install the package with pip but I got the following error:
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement pyscxml (from versions: 0.7.2-20110827-full, 0.7.3-20110922-full, 0.8-20111128-full)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for pyscxml
Please let me know what to do. Thanks in Advance!!
