I got the same issue.

Somewhere in my updates the packages.json dependencies had been updated to -

"dependencies": {
"express": "^4.17.1",
"express-graphql": "^0.9.0",
"graphql": "^0.6.2",

I set these back to version in m3-05 -

"dependencies": {
"express": "^4.14.0",
"express-graphql": "^0.5.3",
"graphql": "^0.6.0",

Still learning so haven't been able to chase down what has gone wrong. I want to finish the course first before trying to figure it out!
