different raters export features of slightly different lengths from the same movie file #47

when different people use the feature visualizer, sometimes the length of their features may be slightly longer. For HBN Despicable Me, three different raters had lengths: 6003, 6004, 6002. It shouldn't do this... why? different browsers??
