Carpet rule descriptions always use en_us.json regardless of language setting

I noticed that while general mod translations in /carpetskyadditions/lang/.json work correctly with different language settings, Carpet rule descriptions from /carpetskyadditions/carpet/lang/.json always display in English regardless of the selected game language.
Tested on Minecraft 1.20.6
