Description
As is, the notifications are pretty "dumb" -- they auto-mark-read, with no easy way to undo it, they don't cluster (in the notification list). Making that into an interactive thing could allow admins to force an explicit "mark read", to group them by ticket, or type of notification, display them in various ways, etc.
