Could you please clarify the documentation for FC.Anal.unpaired?
For the argument cmp.type, it is written "Comparison type, 0 for group 1 minus group 2, and 1 for group 1 minus group 2". Basically 0 and 1 have the same explaination here... This does not make sense to me.
