ZEN30 Add Parameter 34

Please add Parameter 34 to the ZEN30 driver. Zooz support says it will be added to the documentation soon. Here is their info:
Parameter=34 Disable LED blinking when a setting is changed

Size: 1 byte dec
0 - LED blinking enabled
1 - LED blinking disabled
Default: 0

You can set it manually using the Set Parameter command for now.

Also what firmware ZEN30 was this added to do you know?
I think I saw this update on a few different devices recently.

I have used it manually for now and it is working.

Please note that I had both a ZEN30 3.10 and 4.10, I tested and the setting was not present on either. Since the Zooz changelog does not say when it was added to 4.x I was not sure what I would find. After updating to 3.20 and 4.20 respectively the setting was working on both. Thus the setting will only show for 3.20 or 4.20 and higher
