ZSE11 and ZSE44 Temp and Humidity HW offset range and data type

The tempOffsetHw and humidOffsetHw for both the ZSE11 and ZSE44 currently specify the range using a decimal point (e.g., "-10.0..10.0"). This seems incompatible with the Hubitat UI input function. The result is that the UI interprets the parameter as a whole number value with range "-10..0". The UI limits that range and the arrow buttons increment by +/-1. See the attached image.

I have fixes for this that I will submit as a PR.

Note. I did not search the entire codebase for other similar issues, as I do not have any of those devices to test.

This used to work correctly as-is. It probably broke with the updated UI a few versions back. Looks like a good fix. I need to do some major updates soon, I will check it out and merge it when get some time to focus on these.

Perhaps it's something you raise with the Hubitat devs as a regression.
