ZEN20 - Stuck on 1 Pending Change / Does not honor "Frequency" in Watts Reporting

Regardless of configuration (in minutes), that I enter for the Frequency on the Watts reporting, the strip reports usage change by on the "Reporting Threshold" setting regardless. I've also noticed, that the strip stays on "1 Pending Change" after every configuration change and regardless of how many times I use the "Configure" button.

Driver: 1.2.6
Hubitat: 2.4.3.137 (this was noticed on .133 as well) - This device was only configured with 2.4.3.133 installed

Turn on Trace logging, and then do a Save Preferences. Post the logs (screenshot is best). That will show me what setting it is getting stuck on.
