Z-wave Smoke/CO Alarm showing UNK00

I purchased a FirstAlert Smoke/CO combo Z-wave Plus device from Costco:

When using the Universal Smoke/CO driver, it’s showing as an unknown device, and not displaying the current states for Carbon Monoxide or Smoke. I have run a Full Configure and waited for the wake up interval. The hardware version is 3 and firmware is 1.3. Device Id is 1040. Here is the device string:

I think you have the newer SMCO410 from First Alert. The driver works as is for that model, but there's an open pull request to improve support for that model.
