Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Reading through the documentation I came across a spot I'm not quite clear what it means.

Most CSS properties will cause layout changes or repaint, and will result in choppy animation. Prioritize opacity and CSS transforms as much as possible.

I'm not sure what the documentation means to prioritize.

Describe the solution you'd like

Sorry if this isn't the place to ask this, but wasn't sure where to. Could you provide some clarification as to what this means? Thanks!

It's related to how browser engines work with animation in general.
