Description
Error 1053: the service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion
if i set binpath like "c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe /c powershell -exec bypass -nop -e ZQBjAGgAbwAgAEcAbwBkACAAQgBsAGUAcwBzACAAWQBvAHUAIQA="
services will start error with 1053
i Looked up some information， they say, the service application must implement windows services api
so, how to do if i want to execute command without upload file
