Cannot launch app on macos 26.3.1 #428

The Tahoe build behaves the same on launch:
open /private/tmp/omlx-test.lhEfLY/oMLX.app still fails with kLSNoExecutableErr
running the app binary directly crashes immediately in libmlx
the crash is the same NSRangeException: index 0 beyond bounds for empty array
So the clean Tahoe DMG is not launchable on this machine either. The problem is in the bundled MLX runtime during startup, not in your local install state.
If you want to keep going, the next useful step is to check whether there’s a newer upstream build than 0.2.22 that fixes this MLX crash on macOS 26.3.1.
