Bad Continuous Downloading #459

Describe the bug
My mac upgraded accidentally when I'm downloading some models and restarted. Then all my model downloads show that they all complete. Of course I know this is impossible because I just started the downloading for minutes.
To Reproduce
Download a big model then restart your computer.
Expected behavior
The unfinished downloading should continue after restarted.

MacOS 26, latest for now.
