Scope styles per component

Would be nice if styles were scoped per component in a smart way

Not sure what's the best approach - but ideally we could rely on the tailwind setup of the parent project (?)

There's a huge discussion around this here, and there seems to be no straightforward answer: vitejs/vite#1579

Could think about defining component css in layers

but it makes the components less copy-pasteable
