Face detection fails - Error: expected argument 3 to be of type int

I've pulled down the most recent docker image and face detection is failing.

Steps to recreate

1. docker-compose build
2. docker-compose up
3. navigate to docker-machine ip address
4. select image, select detect faces
5. receive 500 error
