Block-shaped cursor highlighting in the integrated terminal is not visible

Description

Hi, I've encountered an issue with the "Purstel" theme in VSCode. The block-shaped cursor in the integrated terminal is not visible. While the color of each character changes, the actual block cursor does not appear, making it very hard to read, especially when the font size is small.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install the "Purstel" theme in VSCode.
2. Open the integrated terminal.
3. Observe the cursor behavior when navigating through text.
