Remove any unnecessary files in Ubuntu working environments. Focus on the minimum viable product for the editorial environment. Less disk space and memory.

Needs to be able to run on a laptop in Docker (via build) or from a K8S cluster environment. Eventually, nightly builds can be deployed to a shared /workspaces/ path.

The multi-arch Ubuntu works well. Needs more tools installed upfront. Docker build images take up too much space; however, the build pods load faster.
