Somewhat related to this issue: #660 but I was wondering if it is possible to get the training data ids, not just for binding affinity, but the PDB data as well. Your paper seems to suggest that this exists in this repo, but I can only find boltz 1 data. Or is the data here(https://github.com/jwohlwend/boltz/blob/main/docs/training.md) actually for boltz 2?
