upgdrade amqp / loadash depenency

While installing jxm I get the warning:

npm WARN deprecated lodash@1.3.1: lodash@<2.0.0 is no longer maintained. Upgrade to lodash@^3.0.0

The lodash module is used by amqp.

Nothing serious, but we may try to upgrade the dependencies to newer versions at some point.

Plus I think either we remove dependencies from package.json or remove folder node_modules from the repo, because having them both seems pointless (currently npm is downloading dependencies anyway).
