Substitution vectors Error

I tried to run the CoMap with the example that was provided in the package but No matter the option I assigned to "nijt = simple or laplace" it brings this ==> ERROR!!! Invalid option 'laplace, in 'nijt' parameter.

what could be wrong?

Oh, indeed, this example has not been updated... I do that asap and will let you know, thanks for reporting!

Note: I will double-check that more carefully and update the github, but meanwhile, nijt = Uniformization should work. Examples in the Protein directory are up-to-date, the RNA ones somehow skipped through the last update :s

Thank you very much, this was very helpful. I ran the script with "nijt = Uniformization" and it worked successfully.
