Add HTTP endpoints without docker

It would be great to have a way to add HTTP endpoints not related to a docker config, to monitor websites or cloud services, for instance. Those endpoint could be configured in a configuration file, or alternatively, be configurable from the UI and stored in the database (but I'd prefer a simple configuration file).

Yes, that's entirely feasible.
I think the best option would be the double entry point, since we already configure health checks via the UI (I'd also need to look into having the double entry UI/config file).
