[Bug] On creating HTTP endpoint

Description

Error "Failed to create endpoint" when creating a HTTP endpoint or a SSL Certificate item

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to HTTP Endpoint menu
2. Create a new item
3. Put a title and a http or https endpoint
4. Click on create
5. Then, the error appears

Same scenario when creating a SSL Certificates monitoring item

For a strange reason, it worked once when i created a HTTP endpoint.
However, when I try to create another HTTP endpoint (it can be https://google.com) it doesn't work at all.

Logs pod (if it can helps..) :

Expected behaviour

HTTP endpoints works and ready to use in others menus like SSL certificates and public pages status.

Hey @samymokhtari — thanks a lot for the detailed report and logs!

The missing-column error (no such column: deleted_at) is fixed: the standalone cert quota query was referencing a column that doesn't exist on cert_monitors, which made every endpoint/cert creation fail the quota check.

Fix will ship in the next release.
