Need ideas for project management

I am thinking nealry for 3 days for the direction of the next step.

I think my goal is to turn Frame into a manageable tool for growing projects built with AI. i started with my problem and decided to go on with my problems. But meanwhile i desperately need ideas.

From a software engineering perspective, I’d love to hear your ideas on what we should add or improve around project management when we building with ai. i think i want to move on from this topic.
