Automated Group allocation

Given a set of members currently in a particular VC channel, relocate them to a set of VC channels.

For instance,

General VC
|_ Session Group 1 VC
|_ Session Group 2 VC
|_ Session Group 3 VC

If possible, it might be nice to change their permissions such that certain channels become available to them.

For instance,

General VC
|_ Can see Session Group 1 VC and #session-group-1 text chat
