Add a basepath option

As a user, I should be able to set the basepath of kunware so that I don't have to worry about kunware's routes conflicting with my own

# Example

```
$ kunware petstore.yaml --basepath kunware
```

The routes for the config, ui, kill, etc will become `/kunware/config`, `/kunware/ui`, `/kunware/kill`
