🐛 Process and Delete Buttons

**Describe the bug**
They are unresponsive.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to proposal page. 
2. Click on process.
3. No bueno.

**Expected behavior**
Deletes and processes respectively.
