Add ignore options

So developers can exclude files matching _._~, *.swp, *.bak etc ...hidden files are already hidden so .swp files should be taken care of. Ideally this should be an option in kanso.json or .kansorc or something.

Excluding _._~ might be a good default to add anyway.
