Supporting this method requires a static data-base of all allocated
Idvalues, which is not free. (The DB is also used for de-duplication, but this isn't a common problem.)Since the method is only currently used by AccessKit (which requires
u64identifiers) it is not otherwise required, and may be removed eventually.
