Clean up semantics around "owner" vs "creator" for the narrative index #167
Description
Let's keep "creator" as the universal default, representing the username found in the object info.
Let's use a very explicit name like "narrative_original_creator" that represents who created the original, un-copied narrative.
Currently the narrative indexer uses "creator" for the username of the creator of the un-copied neighbor, and then it uses "owner" for the username that comes from the object or workspace info.
