Nonsensical mean & stddev length for read sizes #321
Description
During user testing of the import_fastq_noninterleaved_as_reads_from_staging app, the user entered 150 and 10, respectively, as the mean and standard deviation of the reads sizes. When the app completed, the report showed that the mean and standard deviation were 1 and 150, which makes no sense. Naively it looks like the values may be switched.
