Mobile support

TimeEntry currently breaks when entering am/pm on mobile browsers (at least on Android). The numerical entries work fine, but when "a" or "p" is entered for AM/PM, the entire field blanks out. Have not tested the spinner.

I don't have an Android device to test this out on.

You could, I guess, use the Android SDK's emulator, if you really wanted to... Not sure you'd want to, especially if your target is strictly desktop browsers.
