Access to camera

Hi Cyril,

I am a user of keecker and thanks to your and your team's efforts, My keecker is going strong and we love every day we use it.
I am trying to build a camera app to connect with Keecker and take snapshots at appropriate times. Does the library in this repo, help me take and store a photo or a video? Would you have an example I can use? The current APIs in the embedded folder seem a little too low level and alternately, when I tried to use Android stock examples to take a photo, I get a failure for Android TV in inability to capture an image. (both in an Android TV emulator as well as in Keecker)

Would you have some pointers here?

Hello heptagon,

The good news is that is possible with the API exposed by Keecker. Now the bad news, the code published here does not handle the camera, Keecker closed before we managed to include it here. I reached the current owner of the Keecker source code to see if they will ok to provide an example app using the camera. If that’s not possible, I should be able to remember how it works but I will not be able to provide an app working out of the box, it will need some reverse engineering.

Hallo ich habe eine Frage haben sie die App mit der kamera schon ich möchte mein Keecker wieder zum leben erwecken kann aber nicht Programmieren kenne mich damit nicht aus hatt jemand schon was damit mann Keecker ein teil zum Leben erwecken kann..Freue mich auf Antwort.mfg
