Keep and tBTC Ecosystem Development Grant
Prize Bounty
Grand Prize of 50,000 KEEP with 2 runner up prizes of 20,000 KEEP
Challenge Description
Keep judges are open to anything using Keep and/or tBTC. However, there are 3 types of submissions we’d prefer to see:
Keep Stake Pooling - set up a system to allow smaller Keep owners to delegate a stake lower than the current minimum Keep stake. It can be combined with others to reach the current minimum stake and run a node. Previous work similar to this is referenced below. Contributions building on said work will also be accepted specifically reducing the min stake amount below 20k into the pool or making it non custodial.
Tools to make staking setup easier - you can get creative here but some ideas include a simple S3-compatible storage backend for the keep-common persistence interfaces, automatic backups, and working with common VPSs.
Redeem Service: liquidation prevention - provide a service to node operators and owners to redeem their deposits to prevent deposit from being liquidated.
Submission Requirements

- Show us the GitHub & on-chain (Ropsten) when applicable
- Demo required

Judging Criteria
We'll be looking for technical value-add as well as a great experience: we want to see usability, utility, and creativity. On the technical side, the fewer obvious attacks your project has, the better. This will be judged by our team. However, our core community members will have input too. It’s highly recommended that you join our community Discord servers to ask any questions and chat more about this bounty:
