SilkSpawners ~Give Command. (BROKE)

Hello, i am using SilkSpawners 3.6.7. And i'm using "custom crates". I set it to where someone can get a blaze spawner. And when it lands on it... They get nothing, i tried setting it to /spawner irongolem (Without the slash) i also tried /give %player% 52:99 (IG) (Without slash once again) and it gives them a pig spawner. So just please help me ~ THANKS!
