GriefPrevention Doesn't Work #687

Hey! I installed GriefPrevention on my new Minecraft server and im having issues with it. Everything works for the commands and even claiming land with the golden shovel, but when i claim the land players can still build/break in it. I got reports says "I get message saying I don't have permission to build here but I still can." Any suggestions?
