flux my floppy error message

hi all I've got a grease weezle its connected to my 3.5 pc disk drive when i try to write a ADF file to disk it starts to write then stops and comes up with a error message saying no flux this is while im using the flux my floppy program.
i was wondering if anyone knows what could be causing this error message and how to fix it
the cord I'm using to connect the grease weezle and disk drive is a usb type a to b and I've got the ribbon cable connected correctly I'm pretty Shure

ive tried multiple disks as well and still the same message
any ideas what could be giving me this message and if theres a way to fix it

Got any original disks you can try reading? This will be a setup problem or a bad drive or bad disk or wrong media density (DD Vs HD)
